Backtagging: Please yes!
Threadhopping: Might want to ask first, but if it's an appropriate group thread or something casual in dear_player I'm game.
Fourthwalling: Gonna be a little hard to do for him, but sure. He will expect everyone to understand some semblance of Arthurian mythology, who Morgana and Merlin were, etc., although his understanding of what they valued may not match that of other characters. Also, he does canonically quote Star Wars, so it's possible he might be able to fourthwall your character; if that's a problem, let me know OOC.
Offensive subjects (elaborate): As a player, I like to be warned if animal abuse is coming up in a thread, and Danny is a soft touch where animals are concerned, anyway. Aside from that, see warnings, below.

Answer the following questions with "yes" or "no", as well as additional information if desired. With IC permissions, it's a good idea to elaborate on what other players can expect from your character if they choose to do any of the following:
Hugging this character: Oh, please do. He'll pretend he doesn't like it but he needs human sympathy.
Kissing this character: Sure, although you might want to restrict to platonic/familial kisses given the age.
Flirting with this character: He's fifteen. (Sixteen currently in nexus_crossings). If it's age-appropriate, go for it. If it's not age-appropriate, ask me first and we'll work something out. I'm willing to subject him to creepiness, but would want to set some limits for everyone's comfort.
Fighting with this character: Yes. Again, he's young, but he's been taught some combat magic and he's capable of throwing a punch.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Yes, but check with me before anything that might do permanent damage.
Killing this character: Not unless pre-planned as part of a plot.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Oh, please do! He's a sorcerer himself, but his mind is not well defended because his master wanted to make sure he could get in and out as needed. If you want to know what he's thinking or influence him, check with me OOC and we can work on that.
Warnings:
At this point in his life, Danny has been abandoned in New York by his Morganian master. He's a London native so he's technically in the USA illegally, but with some magic papers that he can use to fake legal status as needed. He is, regardless, living on the street trying to figure out how to find his way and he's probably done some questionable and/or illegal things to get by, included but not limited to pickpocketing, mugging, con games, etc.
I do have headcanon that he may have done some sex work, or at least play-acted as a lover to older men to get to their wallets. It's not something he's likely to bring up in conversation, and especially not in detail, but it might rarely come up in metatext. Please don't hesitate to tell me if you don't want to hear it; I can de-emphasize or refrain from mentioning it.
Also, in his canon the Morganian ethos is implied to desire complete subjugation of non-magical humans, and in that magical tradition, sorcerers will do very bad things to people if they can, if they need to, and sometimes if they want to. Danny has been taught to hurt and kill, but balked at torture, which is one of the reasons he was dumped (the other ones being he's kind of a smartass and his master was easily bored). He seems like a normal kid but he may drop ideological bombs unexpectedly if talking to other sorcerers, only because that's what he was taught.
Other Notes:
Danny's coming from the year 1997, in case that matters. He is operating under his birthname right now, and the moniker Drake Stone is actually a pseudo stage-name or how he refers to a made-up master magician he claims to be the apprentice of. Later on in his life, he'll claim it as his own stage and legal name.
There's probably more that needs to go here, I'll update as things occur to me.
